Intern – Pediatric Surgery Division
Department of Surgery, RSCM–FKUI

The Pediatric Surgery Division, Department of Surgery, Faculty of Medicine Universitas Indonesia – Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo National General Hospital (RSCM-FKUI), is seeking a highly motivated intern to join our academic and clinical research team.

POSITION: Division Assistant (intern)
You will work closely with pediatric surgery consultants and be actively involved in scientific, research, and administrative activities within the division.

Job Responsibilities
1. Scientific & Administrative Support
• Assist in the preparation, editing, and review of:
- Clinical practice guidelines (PPK)
- Manuscripts and scientific articles (following ICMJE, STROBE, PRISMA, and other relevant guidelines)
- Slide decks and academic presentations
• Support research activities, including:
- Proposal preparation
- Data collection and management
- Sample coordination and delivery
2. Research Administration
Assist in manuscript submission processes, including:
- Ethical clearance documentation
- Author and conflict of interest declarations
- Journal submission requirements and correspondence
3. Working Arrangement
• Full-time position (please do not apply unless you are committed to do a full time)
• Monday–Friday, 08.00–16.00

Requirements
• Medical Doctor; pre-internship graduates are welcome, post-internship is a plus
• Demonstrates:
- Strong work ethic
- Proactiveness and initiative
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
• Preferably domiciled in Jakarta or willing to stay in Jakarta during the internship
• Prior experience in research and medical writing is a strong advantage
• Proficient in:
- Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
- SPSS
- Reference managers (Mendeley / EndNote)
- Canva
• Available to start February 2026
• Minimum commitment: 6 months

1. Gelar Dokter (Dokter Umum); lulusan pra-internship dipersilakan, lulusan post-internship merupakan nilai tambah. 2. Menunjukkan etos kerja yang kuat, proaktif, inisiatif, kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang baik, serta mampu bekerja mandiri dan dalam tim. 3. Lebih disukai berdomisili di Jakarta atau bersedia tinggal di Jakarta selama masa internship. 4. Pengalaman sebelumnya dalam penelitian dan penulisan medis merupakan keunggulan yang kuat. 5. Mahir dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris. 6. Terampil menggunakan Microsoft Office & Google Workspace, SPSS, manajer referensi (Mendeley/EndNote), dan Canva. 7. Tersedia untuk mulai bekerja pada Februari 2026. 8. Komitmen minimal 6 bulan.
